- 中心简介/Introduction
抑郁症大数据国际研究中心隶属于中国科学院心理研究所，是一个聚焦于重性抑郁障碍（major depressive disorder, MDD，常被概括称为抑郁症）的多单位合作共建的国际科研平台。中心的前身是于2017年3月5日发起的抑郁症静息态功能磁共振成像多中心数据荟萃分析（REST-meta-MDD）联盟。中心旨在通过联合国内外领域内专家，在REST-meta-MDD联盟取得初步成功的基础上，汇聚重性抑郁障碍的脑成像大数据，采用深度学习技术开发可靠的MDD客观诊断标准，展开MDD纵向跟踪研究，改进抑郁症的诊断与治疗。
IBCDR is an international research platform that is subordinate to the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. IBCDR was established in June, 2019 which was made possible by collective efforts of multiple hospitals/institutions in China and abroad. Originating from the multi-center data meta-analysis project for resting-state fMRI of depression (REST-meta-MDD), IBCDR seeks to uncovering the neural underpinnings of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). The primary mission of IBCDR is to gather big data of MDD brain imaging, conduct MDD longitudinal studies, develop objective diagnostic criteria using deep-learning techniques, and probe the underlying neural mechanism of MDD. In addition, we hope to further facilitate applications of fMRI research to clinical practice and improve the diagnosis and treatment of MDD in China and abroad.
